Officer Doggytime was a guest character and the villain in the episode, Escaping Dog Trick. He was hired to install a security fence and keep Spot from leaving the house. Later, he was fired after trying to arrest Spot and take him to animal control. He was voiced by Patrick Warburton voice of Joe Swanson of Family Guy, and a temporary voice actor for Buzz Lightyear.
