Don't Bite the Hound That Feeds You is the second half of the twelfth episode from Season 3 and is part of the thirty-eighth episode of Teacher's Pet overall. It was directed by Alfred Gimeno. Billiam Coronel came up with the story, while David Maples wrote the teleplay.
Plot[]
After a day at the park, Spot gets fleas who speak in a French accent. Although he still has a disliking towards fleas, he sees from their point of view on trying to live and decides to help them get a new home with Ian.

- Leonard's voice is slightly deeper in this episode compared to others, due to Shaun Flemming’s aging.
- This is the last episode to feature school, the kids and Spot in his Scott disguise.

An English and a widescreen Tagalog Dub version exists online. In the English version, the first 30 seconds are missing due to how the episode was recorded. The Tagalog version has it intact; although said dub is missing about 10-15 seconds around a minute and half in.
